Shipping within Australia
All orders ship from our Australian warehouse via Australia Post. At checkout you'll see live rates for your postcode:
- Parcel Post — 2–6 business days, tracked.
- Express Post — next business day to most metro areas, tracked.
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment. You'll receive tracking by email once your order ships.
International shipping
We ship worldwide via Australia Post International. Rates are calculated live at checkout. International orders may attract import duties or taxes in the destination country, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns
If a part arrives faulty or not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund including return postage — consistent with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
For change-of-mind returns, unused items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days; return postage is at the buyer's cost. Components that have been soldered or installed cannot be returned unless faulty.
