1. General

AudioParts.com.au is an Australian owned online store. By placing an order you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

2. Pricing & payment

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your card details. Stock is reserved when you begin payment and released if payment is not completed.

3. Shipping

Orders ship via Australia Post using the service selected at checkout. Delivery estimates are provided by Australia Post and are not guaranteed. Risk in goods passes on delivery.

4. Returns & warranty

See our Shipping & Returns page for the returns process. Goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

5. Product information

Specifications are provided by manufacturers and are indicative. If a listing contains an obvious error we may cancel the affected order with a full refund.
